Excel Case Study for Delia Online : The Delia Online web site had collected a large amount of data from a questionnaire in Microsoft Excel. There was a great deal of free text which made it difficult to group answers. The data needed to be cleansed and organised into a meaningful form so that it could be analysed. There were deadlines to make too. This experience had to leave the client with a sweet taste in their mouth!
The data was returned to the customer in a easy to manage format using Microsoft Excel with duplicates removed and essential search words changed to be uniform. Summary sections were created and comparison charts allowed them to quickly interpret the results.
